That guy probably wouldn’t last a night in the boat factory that I guard. The changing shapes of the fiberglass hull/deck molds setting makes for all kinds of wierd noises throughout the plant. When I started there, I was getting almost freaked out several times a night. Now it’s just noise.

Years ago, I had a friend working his way through the University of Oklahoma. There is (or was) a sort of morgue on campus, where cadavers and other anatomical material is stored. He cleaned up that building, and had a key to it.

He used to walk a date across the campus, and suggest “We duck in here for a while.” Then when inside, he’d switch the lights on and let her see where she was.

After a while, he had trouble getting dates.http://forums.catholic-questions.org/images/icons/icon12.gif

He would of never survived at the college I went to. They have at least 3 hauntings:

  1. *]The first abbot of the Archabbey is suppose to walk the halls
*]Various monk haunt the Archabbey graveyard
*]Students that died in a dorm file in the 1960’s (maybe it is the 70’s) haunt the floor they died on.

  1. Oh, ghosts are nothing. We have our own family ghost – my Aunt Josephine, who drowned Christmas of 1911 while trying to save my father and uncle who had roller-skated out onto a frozen pond and broken through. (She’s now gainfully employed looking out for my granddaughter and grandson-to-be.)

But cadavers and body parts – visable through backlit glass panels seemed to startle amorous young ladies.http://forums.catholic-questions.org/images/icons/icon10.gif
