Yep, not only for police, but for those in charge of families as well ( parents)Also, morally, I would believe if someone has a modicum of capcity, they are duty bound to protect the innocent. Even as a civilian, I’ve been in the military and trained in ma, I couldn’t live with myself with just running away.
