My prayers are with you. I also would suggest that you speak with a Priest about it, its tough and personal and can be embarrassing but its worth it. I have confessed self-harm before and its embarrassing but I think this embarrassment is another motivation for us to strive to stay away from that stuff. Know that you are just how God wants you, you are loved, you are wonderful, and you are enough
I will now say the following prayers for you:
Sanctus, Sanctus, Sanctus Dominus Deus Sabaoth. Pleni sunt cæli et terra gloria tua. Hosanna in excelsis. Benedictus qui venit in nomine Domini. Hosanna in excelsis.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi, miserere nobis.
Lord make me an instrument of your peace
Where there is hatred let me sow love
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
And where there is sadness, joy
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi, miserere nobis.
O divine master grant that I may
not so much seek to be consoled as to console
to be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned
And it’s in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi, dona nobis pacem.
Gloria Parti, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto. Sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen.
Here is a wonderful song for you to reflect on,
God Bless you,
Matt
