I’m glad the courts otherwise left the SSM issue alone.The headline is somewhat (unintentionally?) misleading: the settlement isn’t because she was “fired after [her] same-sex marriage” became public knowledge. The courts didn’t blink on the firing. Instead, there were apparently claims about unpaid overtime owed to her, and that’s where the settlement happened.![]()
