You are espousing ecclesiastical voluntarism: the idea that the Church makes things right or wrong, not on the basis of reason, but on some other (arbitrary) basis. This is absolutely the wrong way to look at things. You won’t find what you are saying in the teaching of the Church. The Church has never spoken against oral stimulation, nor defined it as unnatural. To say it is unnatural is merely your opinion.
The hands, mouth, genitals, etc all have many different functions. Who are you to say what is a “natural” function and what is unnatural and thus prohibited? If the Church wants to do so, I will obey. But she does not.
The Church once clearly said oral and anal sex was always wrong. Now the Church seems to – but things are not clear – be changing its mind.
It is VERY important that individual Catholics think about these things deeply. The Catholic culture is where the next bishops and popes will come from. If we don’t think clearly about these things, they won’t either.
The fact that there is no current dogma on a subject is not reason to reject all moral claims regarding the subject. It’s actually quite the opposite: it’s reason to discern the truth for ourselves, under the watchful protection of the Holy Spirit. That was a good enough strategy for Thomas Aquinas, and it’s a good enough strategy for me.
