Given that several cities including DC have just had major civil unrest/ riots over police officers shooting black people, and that the person shot in this case did not have a gun but just faked having one, yes, it matters a lot.
Surely this person’s actions will see common sense prevail, especially if there is an illness motivating the actions that person took in pulling a fake gun on secret service
