Hello,
I’ve been “catholic” for my whole life. I even already received the sacrament of Confirmation. But my whole life has also been empty, everything was a lie, without knowing what to do, without purpose. I dropped university, started other things, and like most people of this generation, I kind of settled with my mother and I’m a lazy bastard.
But for the last two months, I’ve been in great conflict, with great conflicts and fear of death. For the last 3 weeks more or less, I started to pray the rosary, 5 mysteries each day and didn’t miss one day yet. I’m trying to learn about the catholic faith with more intensity and start a new life.
I really went through all my sins and made a list of 2 pages. I want to clean everything, or most of things in my soul.
But there’s only one sin that’s hindering me, not because it’s difficult to tell to the priest but because of my own situation: sloth
I don’t know if I should confess only when I get a job. I have so much fear that because I didn’t get rid of this, all my other sins won’t be forgiven.
My dear friend in Christ,
Here for your consideration is the REAL issue your avoiding [and KNOW that in doing so you are very far from being alone in this]
WHO"S in charge of your life [and your eternity?]
You or our GOD?
That my friend is the question that needs to be answered, And in doing so, know that the responsibility cannot be split; cannot be shared, It’s either you, or its GOD.
Now about Confession.
1st. There is but one unforgivable sin, ONLY one and its denial of God /Jesus
2nd. There are NO “new sins” and it is near impossible to SHOCK a Confessor-priest
3rd.The SEAL of Confession is total, complete, permanent and STRICTLY confidential; so much so that even threatened with literal-death, a priest cannot reveal what he has heard in the Confessional.
Catholic Sacramental Confession is also know as “the known forgiveness of sins”
John.20 Verses 19 to 23
[19] On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said to them,
“Peace be with you.” [20] When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. [21] **Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” ** [this is a literal transfer of authority] [22]
And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit. [23] If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."
Dear friend what your considering is depriving yourself of the INTENT of the Sacramental GIFT of Catholic Confession…True inn er PEACE
BY not Confessing ALL Mortal sins; you are depriving yourself of the JOY

of known forgiveness and inner peace. And your depriving GOD what is Justly due to Him and what He desires to give to YOU.
Keep praying the Rosary; it is one of the key’s to unlocking heavens single gate.
Mt 7: 11-24 "
If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!** "Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is easy, that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many**. **For the gate is narrow and the way is hard, that leads to life, and those who find it are few. ** "Beware of false prophets, [INCLUDING OUR OWN PRIDE] who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thorns, or figs from thistles?
So, every sound tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears evil fruit. A sound tree cannot bear evil fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will know them by their fruits.
"Not every one who says to me, Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. ** On that day many will say to me, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers.’ ** "Every one then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock"
**John.10: 1 **“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door but climbs in by another way, that man is a thief and a robber”
So my friend you have to choose between your way and God’s way [those are your only choices]
John.14: 6 "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me.”
Pray much and look for a private message from me
