I found this article on the “Shroud of Turin” and thought I would share it with everyone.

Whether article or book, I thought the finding were interesting and that other might find it this way to. Maybe not.The “article” is about the book being sold on the page and its the same author for both the “article” and the book. So I’d say its more of an ad than an article.
i believe the shroud is supernatural. All these years-and it has been protected through the ages by his church (his nuns).
The image has been studied, and how it is actually on the fibers is fascinating. It’s not a painting…and the exclusive pollen from the area-when it was bleached by wetting, stretching and drying along a river…so many facts!
Also-ever wonder why there are not several shrouds with images on them floating around?
icxc nikanot really. Human death does not normally yield an image, or anything but nasty smelly body-decay products. Which argues that, if the sot is really a shroud, it was wrapped around someone miraculous.![]()
World Net Daily has a reputation as an Infomercial site. It tends not to print an “article” but that it includes a link to its bookstore selling the book that supposedly supports whatever the article says. Maybe a good business practice, but not a good journalism practice. Catholics need use extreme caution when evaluating the articles on that site, in particular those that discuss religious matters. The “article” is about the book being sold on the page and its the same author for both the “article” and the book. Here is an article from CNA (Catholic News Agency) which might be more valid:World Net Daily has a reputation as an Infomercial site. Might be? Even gossip from CNA would be far more valid that any “facts” one might get from that other site. I noticed that in their solicitation of comments on the Shroud, there was a great deal of anti-Catholic statements posted, from direct attacks on the Church to remarks that the Shroud couldn’t be valid because it’s not mentioned in the Bible!!Here is an article from CNA (Catholic News Agency) which might be more valid:
