Confession is still pretty new to me, having just returned to the Church about 2 years ago and was away since toddler years (i.e. before First confession/communion).
I went this weekend and obviously while I do not enjoy having sinned and endangering my soul – I have to say that when I go and have confessed and get absolution, there are not too many things in life that make me feel as good.
(Wife, kids, stuff like that, aside, of course, as there are many moments there, but you know what I mean.)
It just feels good
If you go – you probably know what I mean. If you don’t go – you should, as it very likely will make you feel good.
