I must express my continuing thanks for your faithful prayers. Because of them, I have survived cancer three times since 2008, and two slightly different cancers the the third time. In July 2015, after seven years and fifteen chemotherapy drugs, I was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome, which is technically a third cancer. Due to your prayers, I had two acceptable matches for a stem cell transplant (my children). Due to your prayers, I survived the transplant, which has a 30% mortality rate. Due to those prayers, I am waging war against Graft versus Host Disease, which is basically transplant rejection issues. You are all storing up treasure in heaven! A win-win, and for that I humbly thank you.
Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
