Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me Amen
 
Look with favor, Lord God, on our petitions,
and in our trials grant us your compassionate help,

A huge thank you to each who is praying! I received a call from the clinical trial nurse at Fred Hutchinson. She told me that the scans taken Monday still show that I remain in full response to the drug that I am on. Such a grace is called down through the prayers of the faithful. Your prayers are the wind beneath my wings! Amen.

protect those in danger, guide us from evil,

enlighten those who do not yet see truth,
Help us be brave enough to do the right thing;

experience the might of your assistance.

Loving God, the source of all healing, thank you for Jim. Thank you for his life and his ministry in prayer to so many hurting people. I pray you will bless him and heal him. Help him as he continues to endure and trust in You, our Everlasting Lord and Savior.
