I’m open to a more meaningful and convincing rebuttal than a restatement of your unsupported opinion if you care to provide one. Are you saying all the people quoted above were also wrong?
 
God is infinitely merciful. In addition to that, we have no idea who gets to heaven and who doesn’t. The Church teaches both of these things.

You left them out of your posts.

I don’t really have a dog in the fight. I am not Catholic and don’t believe in what you posted. I understand many Catholics do, and that is their choice. I posted to point out that you must be balanced in discussing how one gets to heaven. You must tell the whole truth.

It is sufficient that a person knows that what is willed is in opposition to the teachings of the Church. If there is reasonable doubt then advice should be sought first, otherwise it is voluntary ignorance.

Catechism
1791 This ignorance can often be imputed to personal responsibility. This is the case when a man "takes little trouble to find out what is true and good, or when conscience is by degrees almost blinded through the habit of committing sin."59 In such cases, the person is culpable for the evil he commits.

1859 Mortal sin … presupposes knowledge of the sinful character of the act, of its opposition to God’s law.… Feigned ignorance and hardness of heart 133 do not diminish, but rather increase, the voluntary character of a sin.

1860 Unintentional ignorance can diminish or even remove the imputability of a grave offense. …
