Stand your ground. Don’t reply to him.And that is just the problem. I ask myself if it was really that bad every day. Now that I am out of the situation, I find myself missing him. I know it is unhealthy. I don’t know if he’s really going to counseling. I don’t know if he will ever understand the kind of anxiety and fear I felt every day (and really still do). I am trying to move forward, but right now that is extremely difficult. My whole life is upside down, and I am sad and angry. Not to mention the other things I cycle in and out of. I know he still has some hold on me. He still trys to make me feel guilty when I won’t see him.
I don’t even know what that means. It doesn’t sound healthy, for sure!Apparently our marriage and us dating each other are mutually exclusive.
You remain in my prayers. Give yourself a chance to heal. Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers. This is a tremendously trying situation. I don’t know if I have ever had the kind of emotional upheaval that I am experiencing right now. God bless you all!
