I am a single mom who has been divorced for about 2 years. My life is definitely going in the wrong direction and I don’t seem to be able to keep myself going on the right path. Just when I start to get myself where I need to be, something happens and I make the same bad decisions. Now I’m in a position where I can barely provide for my family. Christmas will be dismal at best as I can’t even afford a nice meal for my kids. I definitely cna’t afford any gifts, and my bills are not going to get paid. Not all of them anyway. Please pray for me to find my way…to have some financial intervention that will at least help me get my head above water. Once I get there I know I can stay there, but I just can’t seem to get my full head above. Also please pray for my boyfriend’s son. He is 18 and has terminal brain cancer. He was diagnosed with an ependymoma. It is located ina region of the brain wher ethey cannot remove it so he will die within a short time. My own 18 year old is safely off at college and doing well. By the time his bright future takes off, Rob’s will be gone. I’m so sad all the time. I feel useless, helpless, and ridiculous. I have seriously considered suicide…I feel like everyone would be better off without me and then my kids would have the money from social security while they live wit their dad. I’m so lost. Please send prayers.

Please don’t dispear. :signofcross: Things are not going well now but the Lord is with you. God doesn’t make mistakes so just know that this is all for some reason even when we can’t see it and it seems so unfair. I assure that your family would not be better off without you. The pain they would feel having lost you would be so hard on them.

Trust in the Lord:signofcross:

I will be praying for you and your family.:signofcross:

I’m so sorry that you are going through all of this. :hug1:

As was said, do not despair. That is a tactic of the devil. He wants you to take your life but do not give into him. He can make it seem like the right thing to do but it is an illusion. Nothing good can come from taking your own life. I will keep you in my prayers.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

God Bless
In Jesus through Mary

Wait,GOD has a plan and a time, you are caring a heavy cross right now,but HE wont give you more than you can bear.He may be testing your faith and trust,so pray to the HOLY SPIRIT,to guide you,Please don’t think suicide would be the answer,I’ve felt the same way,a time or two, but,I couldn’t do that to my children and family, much less to my FATHER CHRIST my redeemer.maybe you should call someone,or a crisis line.HOLD on,this to shall pass.GOD’S will be done, not necessarily,in our time.Continue to pray for MERCY,and come back and we all will be praying for you,and your boyfriends son.I will say the rosary for you.PM me if you ever want to talk GOD LOVE and BLESS you and your family. I’m praying for you, your children, and your step-son now!
I’m also going to send you a private message.
God Bless,
Pam

Yes you can PM me or email me if you ever want to talk. I will even give you my phone number if you need someone to call if things get real bad. I will continue to pray for you.

Dear SM…I will definitely be keeping you in daily prayer that your life will start to look much better and depression will lift…and keeping your boyfriend’s son in daily prayer too…Barb:)

I am praying extremely hard for you! Please do not consider suicide. You can’t beleive how awful it will be on those you leave behind. My nephew committed suicide 10 years ago and his mother to this day is devastated by it. Things can get better.

Do not look forward in fear to changes in your life;
Rather look to them with full hope that as they arise,
God whose very own you are, will lead you safely
through all things. **And when you cannot stand it
God will carry you. ** Do not fear what may happen
tomorrow, the same everlasting God who cares for
you today will take care of you today and everyday.
