You can’t prove a negative. The burden of proof rests with those making the positive assertion - that God did reveal the Truth through Catholicism.
Let me ask you this, since you are a former Catholic. What makes you believe that God didn’t reveal Truth. Like from a Catholic perspective (or former Catholic to be exact)

What assertion am I making? I said I don’t know,
Geesh, for how much you “don’t know” i’d say your in a simple state of Confusion and that your so called reasoning is sprouting from this giant confusion. Reason and Logic have to have a base. Not a confused base, but a solid, firm foundation.

Your reason for any of this cannot be used due to the fact that you do not have even a bases of reason.

Do you see the trees and the water that He created? Or just simple accidents of nature.
I believe that an eternal, omnipresent God set in motion the processes that resulted in nature as we know it.

No, I do not.
Well now we’re getting somewhere!

WE have found it! 😃

Thanks for your honesty my friend. But may i ask why?

This might be of interest to you
Virtually all scholars of antiquity agree that Jesus existed and regard events such as his baptism and his crucifixion as historical.

I certainly don’t hope that Catholicism is wrong. My salvation depends on it being substantially correct.

What do you mean by “base of reason”?

No, I think it’s a concept created by man - and I really don’t think it’s that important. God is beyond numbers.
Just wondering, when did you come to this conclusion? Ar you a young adult,or older? How long has it been that you rejected the gift of your Catholic faith?

What assertion am I making? I said I don’t know,
This is your assertion…"I see no evidence of "…why do you believe this assertion of yours?

As Bballer said…what is your base of reason…or basis of reasoning?

How did you come to the belief that Jesus is not God? or what caused your unbelief?

What do you mean by “base of reason”?
Well, in a religiously philosophical stand point, it means what your general belief or morality is. And i’m sorry for accusing you of being confused because i did find your base of reason.

You don’t believe that the LORD Jesus Christ came to Earth. That would be an example of a base of reason.

My base of reason, for example, is the Catholic Church. I believe in it all, no ifs ands or buts about it. That’s where my reasoning and logic comes from. And quite frankly, its worth the risk of taking since we hold that the Church is true and that God’s plan of salvation is packed into it. 😃

Well…if there is anything wrong with Catholicsm…then the gates of hell has prevailed…and now you are not sure if what you got from us is in error or not…🤷
