sad, true…but not surprising; Jesus said we will be persecuted and killed for his name, and St.Paul clearly says that people will kill us , thinking they are doing it for God…these people do not belong to God;We should pray that evil diminishes from this world…

This occured in Turkey. The pastor converted from Islam to Christianity and became the leader of a small Protestant church.

Four young people were led by an older foreigner in the attack.

It is well documented and for some reason reported very little that this is precisely how Al Queda operates. In Thailand’s deep south, for instance, the Muslim majority is constantly instigated to riot and seceed. Al Queda has made it very clear that they intend to incite young, impressionable, and downcast people and use the fact that they are Muslim to do so. They come in and tell them that they are poor because they are Muslim and treated poorly. They have a revival of sorts, get the people pumped up, and then they have enthusastic fighters on their side who don’t even have a clue the part they are playing in global terrorism.

See this for what it is.

So lets pray that evil and his followers diminish …Come Lord Jesus !

hey… Thats good example for the so called religion of peace. Knife with peace…hmm… interesting!

Sometimes, people who live in the dark, cannot see the light. We must pray and do something for them…we are small, our hands are small, but together, hand in hand, we can do something.
Our voices are very soft alone, but together, we can make a chorus of love.

In Jesus Love

Using your logic, i can say that those Christian people, in America, who attack Muslims are a good example of the religion of love. hmmm…

I dont know what kind of muslim would tell anybody to “deny Jesus” it just sounds weird. If anyone denies Jesus, they aren’t Muslim.

This drama doesnt represent Islam, and you guys know that…but “lovingly” blame the religion for the actions of some of its followers.

first you must make sure these people are indeed christians; second : loving does not mean being passive; these people have had enough with evil persons ruining their country and killing their families.

taqiyya? to deny Jesus’ DIVINITY of course.

it seems, after all, the “last” message of allah turned out a bit misunderstood and not that easy to understand like when allah said he sent the quran with clear arabic to be understood by all…Jesus’ message is very clear( but corrupt)…mohammads message is the perfect ( yet…)

If this action is so unislamic then how come there are not protests from the Muslim community? Why no fatwa’s against the persecutors? If someone attacks a Muslim in the US they get prosecuted. If a Muslim attacks a Christian in an Islamic country they get a free pass and a quiet pat on the back. How about starting out by condemning the attack Faith?

It is very Islamic.

These Muslims used deception to attack the pastor (in this case, pretended to be Christians and converts to Christianity)

Sahih Bukhari
Volume 5, Book 59, Number 369:
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:

**Allah’s Apostle said, “Who is willing to kill Ka’b bin Al-Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His Apostle?” Thereupon Muhammad bin Maslama got up saying, “O Allah’s Apostle! Would you like that I kill him?” The Prophet said, “Yes,” Muhammad bin Maslama said, "Then allow me to say a (false) thing (i.e. to deceive Kab). "The Prophet said, “You may say it.” ** Then Muhammad bin Maslama went to Kab and said, “That man (i.e. Muhammad demands Sadaqa (i.e. Zakat) from us, and he has troubled us, and I have come to borrow something from you.” On that, Kab said, “By Allah, you will get tired of him!” Muhammad bin Maslama said, “Now as we have followed him, we do not want to leave him unless and until we see how his end is going to be. Now we want you to lend us a camel load or two of food.” (Some difference between narrators about a camel load or two.) Kab said, “Yes, (I will lend you), but you should mortgage something to me.” Muhammad bin Mas-lama and his companion said, “What do you want?” Ka’b replied, “Mortgage your women to me.” They said, “How can we mortgage our women to you and you are the most handsome of the 'Arabs?” Ka’b said, “Then mortgage your sons to me.” They said, “How can we mortgage our sons to you? Later they would be abused by the people’s saying that so-and-so has been mortgaged for a camel load of food. That would cause us great disgrace, but we will mortgage our arms to you.” Muhammad bin Maslama and his companion promised Kab that Muhammad would return to him. He came to Kab at night along with Kab’s foster brother, Abu Na’ila. Kab invited them to come into his fort, and then he went down to them. His wife asked him, “Where are you going at this time?” Kab replied, “None but Muhammad bin Maslama and my (foster) brother Abu Na’ila have come.” His wife said, “I hear a voice as if dropping blood is from him, Ka’b said. “They are none but my brother Muhammad bin Maslama and my foster brother Abu Naila. A generous man should respond to a call at night even if invited to be killed.” Muhammad bin Maslama went with two men. (Some narrators mention the men as 'Abu bin Jabr. Al Harith bin Aus and Abbad bin Bishr). So Muhammad bin Maslama went in together with two men, and sail to them, “When Ka’b comes, I will touch his hair and smell it, and when you see that I have got hold of his head, strip him. I will let you smell his head.” Kab bin Al-Ashraf came down to them wrapped in his clothes, and diffusing perfume. Muhammad bin Maslama said. " have never smelt a better scent than this. Ka’b replied. “I have got the best 'Arab women who know how to use the high class of perfume.” Muhammad bin Maslama requested Ka’b “Will you allow me to smell your head?” Ka’b said, “Yes.” Muhammad smelt it and made his companions smell it as well. Then he requested Ka’b again, “Will you let me (smell your head)?” Ka’b said, “Yes.” When Muhammad got a strong hold of him, he said (to his companions), “Get at him!” So they killed him and went to the Prophet and informed him. (Abu Rafi) was killed after Ka’b bin Al-Ashraf.”

This pastor seems to be a former Muslim who converted to Christianity. What did Muhammad say to do to former Muslims?

Sahih Bukhari
Volume 9, Book 84, Number 58:
“Narrated Abu Burda:
Abu Musa said… Behold: There was a fettered man beside Abu Muisa. Mu’adh asked, “Who is this (man)?” Abu Muisa said, “He was a Jew and became a Muslim and then reverted back to Judaism.” Then Abu Muisa requested Mu’adh to sit down but Mu’adh said, "I will not sit down till he has been killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Apostle (for such cases) and repeated it thrice. Then Abu Musa ordered that the man be killed, and he was killed. Abu Musa added, "Then we discussed the night prayers…”

Sahih Bukhari
Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57:
“Narrated 'Ikrima:
Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn ‘Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah’s Apostle forbade it, saying, ‘Do not punish anybody with Allah’s punishment (fire).’ I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah’s Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.’”

Sahih Bukhari
Volume 9, Book 84, Number 64:
“Narrated 'Ali:
Whenever I tell you a narration from Allah’s Apostle, by Allah, I would rather fall down from the sky than ascribe a false statement to him, but if I tell you something between me and you (not a Hadith) then it was indeed a trick (i.e., I may say things just to cheat my enemy). No doubt I heard Allah’s Apostle saying, “During the last days there will appear some young foolish people who will say the best words but their faith will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have no faith) and will go out from (leave) their religion as an arrow goes out of the game.** So, where-ever you find them, kill them, for who-ever kills them shall have reward on the Day of Resurrection**.”

For those who are interested in how Muslims feel about Muslims converting to Christianity, and what the Koran says about that, there is an excellent book written by a former Muslim who converted to Christianity.

It was written by a former professor of Islamic history at a prestigious Islamic university, Al-Azhar in Cairo, Egypt.

The book is: “Islam and Terrorism” by Dr. Mark Gabriel, Ph. D.

first you must make sure these people are indeed christians;
what do you mean by that? THey say they are Christians, i take their word for it.
second : loving does not mean being passive; these people have had enough with evil persons ruining their country and killing their families.
passive?? Do you even know what goes on in certain parts of America?
taqiyya? to deny Jesus’ DIVINITY of course.
whats up with all this taqiyya stuff…it was explained like 10 times on these forums. Muslims dont believe Jesus is divine. we worship the creator not one who is created…no Muslim would ever deny that. But for a Muslim to tell someone “deny Jesus” just sounds too weird.
it seems, after all, the “last” message of allah turned out a bit misunderstood and not that easy to understand like when allah said he sent the quran with clear arabic to be understood by all…Jesus’ message is very clear( but corrupt)…mohammads message is the perfect ( yet…)
There is no “last” message, the message has been the same since Adam: worship none but God…now, if some people have trouble understanding that, then it’s not a Muslim’s problem

Salaam,

Yes, there may be Christian attacking Muslims in the US, but they don’t jump up and down in the street waving the Bible and chanting “Allah Akbar” and death to all Muslims. Y’all say Islam is for peace, but the actions of Muslims on the streets say otherwise. Unlike the Muslim world, you kill a Muslim in the US, you go to jail. Khaled!

Christians who attack muslims in the US or other secular country considered as a crime. They go to jail. Unlike Muslims burned and closed down churches, they do not go to jail… they go to heaven. and plese STOP fallacies tu quoque!!

I was watching a news show and they asked a muslim guy why no one speaks out against the troubles. I cant remember exactly what he said but it was to the effect that muslims dont speak because why waste time speaking they dont pay any attention to these people.

I dont know, theres a therory in there but Im not sold. There seems to be loud protests when a muslim is hurt. It all boils down to a difference.

Allah requires a sacrifice but it is the person who gives their life (seemily by denying others theirs) and then the person has earned their reward.

Christ asks one to acknowledge His sacrifice for them, by offering their life back to Him through serving others and He prepares a place in Heaven for them.

Speaking of Muslims burning churches, did you hear about the recent news of Muslims setting fire to a church under construction in Egypt injuring at least 12 people, 2 of whom were injured** and killed**

We worship the one creator God. His name is Jesus. He is Allah.
Jesus worshipped Allah, prostrated to Him, prayed to Him.

You worship Jesus.

Unless Allah worships Himself…then your statment doesnt make sense.

Who is khaled…i think you meant to say khalaas…lol.

Which Muslims on the street? You mean the Muslims who are being oppressed and kicked out of their homelands and have their families killed in front of their eyes? *those * Muslims?

Like it or not, your brothers in faith (cross-wearing, Bible carrying people) are attacking others just because they look different and have different beliefs. No one ever says Christianity is at fault for their actions.
