Keep your ears and eyes open for news from Rome today and tomorrow. Something very big is happening. Waiting for the word as to what.

Well, no, traditionally a new pope simply reconfirms the people holding the various positions, perhaps replacing a select few, and then only replacing the rest when their “traditional” tenures, coming from the previous pontificate, were up.Traditionally when a new pope is elected Curia cardinals all end their position and the new pope chooses whomever he wants. From day one of his pontificate Pope Francis made it clear that they will retain their position until such time when he could look into the issues and make an informed decision as to who is going to head which congregations. So while this may sound like big news, if it is indeed what is happening, then it was expected.
I’m guessing the new hats will be shown in public for the first time. Should be very pretty.Keep your ears and eyes open for news from Rome today and tomorrow. Something very big is happening. Waiting for the word as to what.
I hope what Michael Voris claims is true, because I’m really considering leaving the Church for sedevacantistism. But then again, that’s another story for a rainy day. This is the only source I have found:

Other than Michael Voris, I haven’t heard anything else about this emergency meeting of Pope Francis and the cardinals.
Sorry OP for going off thread topic, but… why in the world are you considering sedevacantism BVM?I hope what Michael Voris claims is true, because I’m really considering leaving the Church for sedevacantistism. But then again, that’s another story for a rainy day.
God Bless,

Private message me, its not appropiet for the forums.Sorry OP for going off thread topic, but… why in the world are you considering sedevacantism BVM?
I’ll think about that, keep me in your prayers as I will keep you in mine. I learned lots from Sedevacantists and they convicned me enough to believe that Rome lost the faith as Michael Voris even mentioned in the video that a Bishop said the faith in Rome was lost. Hopefully I will find answers, but so far I am convinced. And as soon as you leave the church for sedevancantism, you are outside the church that Christ established. You are Peter and upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail.
If it’s the one I’m part of, I think that was just in jest. One Trad Forum is suggesting a Papal resignation.![]()
Maybe the word is still getting out and they are researching, or maybe Michael came to a false conclusion? We will see, pray about it.People, we have one source posted and it’s to Michael Voris. Can we get some other sources? L’Osservatore Romano? EWTN? Catholic News Agency? Otherwise this thread began with a claim that “something big is happening in Rome,” without any sources, and will stay that way.![]()
It seems the source is a pay-for feed for a commentator that is not allowed to use the word Catholic in his program by his home diocese. One has to subscribe to read it.(might be a blessing). This is the only source I have found:
