Sometimes I feel that Protestants here fully understand that the Catholics were the first Christians, and that Jesus Christ did in fact establish this church. That the bible is a Catholic book and that everything was Catholic in belief back then, 2,000 years ago.
I also think they understand where and why the papacy was started, what Scripture backs it up and the Sacraments Christ left us upon His return. Some Protestants here will say, yes, I do believe this but when the Reformers came…etc…
Well, if Jesus Christ himself established and founded his Catholic church, way before the Reformers thought things weren’t going their way, why aren’t they Catholic? If Christ, loooong before ESTABLISHED THE CHURCH before any Protestant saw the light of day, why aren’t you in the church looooong before the Reformers came?? The Reformer’s were not Christ, therefore Christ did not start ANY Protestant churches…
