yes that was me posting that link one time. BUT: After still somebody else (and now I forget who it was:blush: ) posted it for ME. And it helped me out so much.

if you suffer from scrupulosity, which I would think is a form of OCD (do you think you have other obsessions/compulsions too?), then it is very important to learn to distinguish scrupulos thoughts from “real” thoughts.
Often you kind of FEEL that a thought might be just a sruple, am I right?
You can pray about it and ask God too.
And if you feel you are obsessing about something, keep telling yourself: “This is just my scruples talking! It is my brain playing tricks on me!”
Do you know that OCD can be seen in brain images? The thoughts actually get kind of “stuck” in a cycle.
