Nice platitudes. Where’s the response to the other Bishop’s statements?

The problem with bishop conference statements in my lifetime is that nearly every one of them has been “niced down” to the point of zero clarity and humungous ambiguity.

Thats bad enough, but did you read the readers comments at the end of the National “Catholic” Reporter article?
They made me feel absolutely sick…but what you`d expect from readers of that publication.
