There are so many of us here on CAF who love you very much and want the very best for you.
We only know you from being our friend on CAF.
Your mother and your RCIA teachers know you so much more than we do. Their love for you is so much stronger than our love. They also have arms that can hold you and hug you, that we can not do.
Please, walk up to your dear mother and show her your cuts, cuts from your nails, cuts from the razor.
My dear friend told me a few days ago that she had just learned her daughter was also cutting herself. She was so sad that her daughter wanted to hid it from her. She loves her daughter so much and could not understand why her daughter had not shared it with her.
Your mother and your RCIA teachers will want to help you. You must accept that help. That may be hard for you, to accept their help, but you must do it.
Right now, please walk to your mother and show her your cuts. Our Dear Lord wants you healed. Our Dear Lord does ask us to pray in all matters, but He also expects us to “act”.
God has given doctors and therapist the knowledge to assist us in our illnesses. If your arm was broken, you would not withhold this from your mother. You would not refuse to go to the doctor to heal your broken bone.
Please share this part of your life with your RCIA instructors, too. They love you so much. They will not judge you as bad. They are your friends.
God has given you the use of the internet for doing good. Allow those of us on the internet to help you. What we can do is lead you to sharing your secret with your mother and your RCIA instructors.
Those of us on CAF love you. I offer prayers for you.
