Definitely take the advice that some others have given here (Saint Bernard’s medal, crucifixes, holy water, regular Mass and confession, exorcism, spiritual director, etc).
Please also say these prayers, I know they will help you.
Mother of God, Mother of Salvation, cover me with your most holy mantle and protect my family from the influence of Satan and his fallen angels. Help me to trust in the Divine Mercy of your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, at all times. Sustain me in my love for Him and never allow me to wander away from the Truth of His teachings, no matter how many temptations are placed before me. Amen.

Yes, she is still alive and I moved 250 miles away just to be free of her. As I told my Priest during confession recently, I forgive her (although I feel anger and struggle to understand). She has a level of hatred in her that is hard to fathom. As a grown woman now, I can find it in my heart to pity her and pray for her. The look in her eyes sometimes is…well, terrifying! I have a very strong suspicion there is a generational element to this…I must not allow my own daughter to suffer too.
The last couple of days ‘things’ have been quite and I know it’s because you here have joined me in prayer
But I will not put my guard down.
‘The voices’ are not in my head. It’s more a matter of a whisper in the ear. My husband and I heard a late night knock on the door, he answered it and to quote him, “it was a creature, like a tall brown weasel. It scurried away at a very fast speed”.
I have blessed items everywhere in the house now!!

I hope things are going well with you. Some people have suggested that it could be something generational or the result of something your mother has done. These things may exist but what your family does or has done is out of your control. And on the other hand; very holy people like Padre Pio had the same struggles. So look at it this way; if the devil has such in interest in teasing you, you’re obviously really making him mad, which is great

Hm, yes, then I suggest merely to continue speaking with the spiritual director, follow his advice, and continue praying.
My suggestion is for everyone else to also continue praying, for all those struggling with this.
The fact others are seeing it and I believe you said you passed other exams that measure mental health strongly indicate this is truly an issue beyond the natural world.

With animals please use a lot of thought before labeling them demonic. Sometimes it may be a coincidence that you may be going through something and then an animal appears out of nowhere. Sometimes an animal could be the devil’s familiar, but sometimes a cat is just a cat, a weasel is just a weasel.
The knock at the door could be anything. One night something must have hit my door because a loud boom sounded, but there wasn’t anything around. It could have been a coyote, but he would have had to be a big, strong one. Some things are just hard to deal with, like electrical equipment going wrong or other things happening.

Been in similar boat before. Use confession frequently – the grace is a powerful repellent for vexation. In your case, you may want to avoid confessing old sins since it appears to be trying in vain, so far, to be tempting you with either scrupulosity or denial of the Spirit. Also, yes it’s there, but try to ignore it in the meantime. It’s weak against the grace of the sacraments and will give up after it throws its fits or maybe sooner.

Is your priest aware of your whole story? Please tell him everything. He may be able to get in touch with an exorcist if your diocese has one.
I will pray for you. I have on occasion experienced harassment and spiritual attacks but not to the extent you have. I don’t think this is something you can take care of by yourself without the help of a priest.

My sister, I live in London, England. There is nothing (other than an escaped zoo animal) that fits that description here. Everyone in my family are animal lovers I have never seen my husband terrified but he sure was that night

Maybe you could check out what animals look like weasels. There is one called a “stoat” and some get pretty big. Then there’s a river otter - do you have any otters by the Thames River? There are animals that are in the weasel family, but they are not weasels. A river otter can grow to four feet or so.

I adore otters I believe there are some on the eastern coast but they are very shy. I spent some years sailing the Thames and the east coast of England and have not seen a wild one. Many seals though

I always had trouble like that in my mother’s house but I have not been there for over 10 years now. Before my father’s death I had much trouble from the ‘dark side’, I was in constant contact with my Priest. He knows everything. During my grief I felt angry (I confess) because my father was my world and died far too young and in much pain. I retreated from Church for a while and so did the torment. Since I have recently returned to the Church, I have told Father that I am ‘marked’ once again. It’s no surprise to me really, but the wonderful suggestions here and help from my Priest are helping me to deal with it

Satan will not like you returning to the Church. And will try everything to get you to change your mind. Hence his increased activity because of your recent return. He often does this when people seek to grow closer to God. He hopes that people will back off because if they retreat the activity stops. He hopes that this will encourage people to give up for fear of the activity reoccurring. Pay no heed to his antics. They are parlour tricks.

Get a good priest and use them as a regular spiritual director.
Pray the rosary, and turn your home into a place of prayer.
Play religious music.
At least one blessed icon or crucifix in each room. Saint Benedict Medals. Light blessed incense. Get Holy water, oil, and blessed and excised salt to bless your home and food.
Try to go to mass and confession often.
Saturate your life with Holy under a good director’s supervision.
I had a family member with demonic voices. It was initially confessed with simple schizophrenia but our priest discovered was it was over time and was able to silence the voices. While she is much better we have all had to deal with various attacks. I found the above to help.
God Bless and try not to dwell on it to much. I found it can be very taxing, focus instead on Christ and God’s Glory. If they are after you then just take precautions and focus on our wonderful and loving creator.
