anyone here read her diary : “Divine Mercy in My soul”? i was thinking about it reading it!

Your very welcome! You’ve made me more excited to read itI’ve read it a few times. It helped me a lot, and I should probably read it again. Reading the Gospels hasn’t been the same since.
Thanks for this thread! Lately it has felt like my spiritual life has been missing something. It’s probably because the Divine Mercy devotion has been lacking.

can you telll me how?I read it and it changed my life
Thanks for the reply, i just ordered it off amazon! should be here in a about 3 daysI have read it a couple of times. Each time I read it, I found something new & meaningful in it…something that changed my relationship with Christ and how I viewed Him. Many times while reading it, I felt like Jesus was talking directly to me and not just to St. Faustina.
I remember once when I was reading a conversation Jesus was having with St. Faustina, and for the first time in a long time, I felt wanted by God. That was a life-changing experience.
Read it. Then read it again. You won’t be the same.

Because to be honest I used to see God as scary. But reading this opened my eyes to how much he wants us to focus on his mercy. Also the message of the Divine Mercy is also learning to trust God. Trusting in him , his love and mercy was something I really needed to learn and I got through the Diary in a few monthscan you telll me how?
My experience was similar to Christine’s. I used to think after every fall/failure that God wouldn’t want me anymore and send me straight to hell. There are still times that way of thinking slips back into my head, but despair is a somewhat regular battle for those of us who have gone through depression. Now I know that even if the darkness comes back, and I can manage even a sliver of being open to God’s Mercy… He will be there to help me out of it. The Image of the Divine Mercy has been a huge blessing also!Because to be honest I used to see God as scary. But reading this opened my eyes to how much he wants us to focus on his mercy. And as a previous poster mentioned when Jesus would speak to St Faustina when you read his words it helps bring you closer to his nature. And it does feel like it’s for you also
Enjoy it!! It’s a great read!!
Yes, this. There were times I felt the same way, as though the Lord was addressing me as well. I gave my copy to my sister to read. TimI have read it a couple of times.
