St. Peter's Bones?

You might enjoy reading “The Bones of St. Peter.” I don’t remember who wrote it, but it is an account of how these bones were discovered and why they may very well be those of St. Peter.
 
I thought St. Peter was already buried in Rome under the altar.
Are the more bone fragments?
 
It’s pretty common for the bones of one person to get distributed to more than one church. For instance, St. Luke’s skeleton is in one church in Italy and his skull is in another church, also in Italy.
