I have several books on Aquinas’s writings. They are very hard to understand. Are there books that take his subjects and translate them so they are easily understood ?
Yes, Josepher Peiper is very good. I wonder if he is still alive?Joseph Peiper has several good books that help understand the writings of Aquainas as well. The Chesterton reference already made above is a GREAT suggestion too.
I like Feser a lot. I’m re-reading “The Last Superstition” and “Aquinas” by him. Excellent stuff.I’ll also suggest Feser’s books. He’s a wonderfully clear writer.
