Staples vs Sungenis

I think its very interesting when people bump old threads to the top of the page with silly comments to help promote their friends.

I noticed that Mr. Staples wasn’t writing to Mr. Sungenis but Mr. Sungenis wrote on his website like they were having a conversation. That’s kind of weird. I’m guessing Mr. Staples isn’t interested talking with Mr. Sungenis?

But bless your heart. You Sungenis promoters put so much effort into such a hard job!

Going through your threads and comments, it seems as if you look for threads and comments related to Sungenis as an opportunity to accuse anyone who debates or dialogues with his writings as one of his supporters. Sungenis maybe in serious error, but you need to get your rid of your bitterness towards him and forgive him. I am sure you will deny that you any hold any bitterness towards him, but I think you need to be honest with yourself.

Btw, I don’t know Sungenis myself at all…but I have read a few on his articles on line and I think they are quite interesting even if I don’t necessarily agree with everything he writes.

I think discussions between these apologists are very helpful. Reading both men helped me learn a lot. I would like to see more discussions between leading apologists. I thought they were charitable, for the most part, as well.

What’s your take on his views on Geocentrism? Don’t you think its a bit crazy for anyone to hold such a position? I mean hasn’t the church retracted their views on the Geocentrism?
