Honestly, does God have his favourites??? I imagine he does…parents have their favourite child, bosses have their favourite employees and the favourites go on. Thank God, I have only one child who I adore, because I would have been one of them. Why are there some people on this planet that have “everything”, looks, money, best jobs, faithful spouses and of the ones I know personally, don’t have any connection with God. Everything falls into place for them…Found out over CHristmas step-son’s GF was pregnant and was planning to abort the pregnancy. Even though I tried to talk to him and presuaded him to talk to her, she went ahead. They are still together, in love, and she is beautiful physically and mentally.
I have never been “a favourite”, I joined the group misfits because I feel like one. I know I sound like I am feeling sorry for myself but what else can I do…God has deserted me, my husband hates me and my step daughter hates me, for what I don;t know as she offered me the most amount of support in October when things were really going bad.
I want to escape from all of this. I seriosuly can’t take it anymore. Life is so not fair. If God really cared, he would intervene and end the suffering. If my son was distraught and I had the power to make him happy I would do it. Enough suffering. There comes a time where we need to be compassionate and God is just letting this go bad. We are married and God “hates” divorce. I feel like a used up dishrag ready to be thrown out. The disposable marriage, disposable children, disposable pets, everything in this damn world is disposable.
I even went to marriage counselling and she totally let me down. SHe was a “Christian marriage counsellor” and we met a couple of times, she went on maternity leave, never responded to my emails and after I told her about Steve’s female friend from work, she emailed me asking to make another appointment THREE months later.:crying::crying:
Not that I am thinking irrationally, (suicide - I’m not) but I can understand why people do it. and they end up going to Hell for it. Where is the justice. We are just guinipigs on this earth.
