Praying for your renata. I know this is hard, I’m going through something similar, and continue to have hope and faith. I have forgiven my husband, which is hard to do because of what he has done, but I was not put here on this earth to judge. I pray that God has mercy on my husband and that God will have mercy on your husband Steve and that he may come back to the Lord.

Prayers for you from someone who has been there.

“God, please give him the grace to repent and give himself fully to You”.

I pray this for my own ex-husband, even if he only accepts the grace at the very last moment of his life and in the meantime he makes my life a living hell. I think if you can pray with that intention you will find peace.

Hi Renata,

I cannot give you any advice for your situation, but I will pray for you, so that you can have strength and courage to keep moving forward and so that you find comfort in this difficult time.

Asking for continued prayers to help me get through the weekend.
I pray for you each day, Renata, and will continue to do so … I’ll be attending Mass in a few hours, and I will say a special prayer for you at the Consecration.

:hug1:

 He makes me so mad. All he does is complain. I wish he would take it out on his mistress.

Drive her crazy and call her nasty names. I am sure it will come, sooner than later.

Renata, I am so sorry this is happening to you! Please don’t give up and keep praying. All of us here have you in our prayers. May you continue to turn to God for comfort. I know how hard this is, but please don’t lose faith or hope.

I want to forgive Steve and God help me to do this. I am in feeling of real despair. Dear God, help me to make the right decision about whether I should “forgive” or just let him go.
Hi renatas–I’m sorry that you’re hurting. You know, if you are meant to let him go, you can still forgive someone and not be in his life. I have been praying for you lots. Hang in there–God will see you through. Lean on Christ.

Requesting prayers for Steve and I. That we both can have a change in heart. That I can forgive him and that he can forgive my mouthing off about him.

I am so hurt.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

I don’t know if I can ever forget…the hurt is so intense:crying:

I wish that God would intervene and keep Steve faithful to our marriage and keep the stray home wreckers away from us. I blame her so much for falling for someone who is married. Why can’t these stray dogs stay away. She should be ashamed of herself for getting involved with a man who is married, as far as I am concerned she is the work of the devil. I pray that she is punished by God.

Renata,

Be “assured” that there is Divine Justice. Everyone will be ultimately be judged by our thoughts, words, actions when Jesus returns in His full glory. Still praying for you.

Blessings,
Judi

Renata,

I agree with Mom and dcrowmik, you may not see that God does care for you because of your anger and it’s understandable. Only please don’t lose your faith and hope. When the time is right, you will see God loves you very much. Continue praying for you.
God bless you
How much hurt and failure can one withstand in a life time. I had a very awkward childhood and hoping my adult life would change, I feel like “the odd duck out”. I have to do everything twice, nothing works out for me the first time.

I am terrified in alll I do in my life and I am so scared to go on. How much “no, its not going to work out the way you want” can a person take.

I have a great job, but there are times, I feel like a total looser. I have never been a leader but a follower, my self esteem has plumated and I just feel like I’m a doormat.

How can constant negativity help a person when for 43+ years you always feel like your at the back of the line…never getting ahead, never getting what you want. The only thing in my life is my son, he is my all, but I am so afraid…

How can you lean on Christ when the hurt is in my heart. Sounds stupid, but nothing changes, if nothing changes.
