After I had decided to end my relationship, I lost my job. Now, I am stuck with bills from my relationship that this person was supposed to pay. I am only getting one third of my pay after taxes, so I am devastated financailly as well as emotionally. Every day is a struggle, and I am alone with my thoughts. I miss working so much, it was my comfort.

Thank you so much for your continued prayers. I really need them. I don’t understand why I feel so completely devastated. I am doing everything I can to stay positive, it just doesn’t seem to be quite enough on my own. Please keep commending me to God for His help.
 
You’ve lost not only the dreams, but also the everyday structure of work, so I imagine you feel lost. That’s something you really need right now, structure for your days, and occupation. Please God you will find good work soon. You really need it.

*Father help us to recover where injury goes beyond ordinary forgiveness and our hearts are in some way crushed, and our lives changed and devalued. Help us to find a way to forgive when we cannot smile or encounter the offending person with warmth because they have destroyed something in us, including our trust.

Father please help us to forgive when we cannot forgive…and we cannot forgive because they do not understand how badly they have hurt us, and do not seek in any real way to acknowledge or try to heal the hurt they imposed on us. And even when we tried to tell them from the bottom of our heart but they would not listen, please help us to forgive.

Father help us to forgive when the ones who hurt our lives does not even remember how badly they have wounded us, and go on with their lives without concern, while we remain still held in some kind of time capsule with the consequences of their unfeeling and uncaring and attack.

Father please free us, free me, in forgiveness that comes from Your Son, innocent, and murdered, but forgiving.*

Maybe you wasted money but not love and prayers. You ask why God let this happen to you? I don’t know, maybe you let it happen to you. My sister is in the same position, you can’t move on unless you accept the fact that this happened to you. Thinking about it will only worsen your situation. Pray to God that you will understand and accept this trial in life.

Dear God, You call each person to be uniquely holy. God, do not let me cheat You, or my sisters and brothers, of the brilliance of Your unique expression of Yourself in me. Do not let the shadows of complacency, or of discouragement, or of the darkness of sin, deny others the delight of who I am created to be forever.

O Lord, Holy Father, omnipotent and eternal God, I give You thanks and I bless Your holy name. I know I’m a poor miserable sinner but hear a cause that is just, pay heed to my cry, turn your ear to my prayer, no deceit is on my lips. Amen

Thank you for your continued prayers. I 'm doing a little better, but still have tons of anxiety. I haven’t had any responses to my resume and its already been a month today. I also have been saddled with debt from my relationship, the other person has backed out of a loan they promised to pay. I ask for continued support for me, as I am unable to address any of the issues except to go on faith that all will be well.

I will pray for you. Remember that God has provided you with the guidance to move away from someone who hurt you. I understand the “no money” and “feeling low” thing. Remember God is never leaving your side. When you wake in the night just grab your rosary, a cross or the bible and ask God for guidance and thank him for his love. Better times are coming … be patience and not afraid of the future.
