Struggling With Despair

I have struggled here many times. The greatest thing you can do is keep trying to live a faithful life. Take much time to enjoy life, and all the people in your life. Find things to do that are not sinful, but make you smile. You need not pray all the time to draw close to Him. You can find God in everything. I have had my best talks with God while cleaning house, walking the dog, going shopping, or even reading a non spiritual book. He speaks everywhere and through everything. It takes a while to be able to see it, but it’s there. It also helps to talk things over, as you are doing here. I pray for you.
 
O Lord, give to Your handmaid protection from the devil, complete trust in Your Mercy, and gratitude for all of Your gifts. Amen.

O Mary, sweet Mother of God, pray for us! Amen.
 
Thank you all for your support and continued prayers. Please keep on praying. My eye is not healing as fast the doctors would like and it is extremely painful.

Thank you all so much for your continued prayers. I went back to the eye doctor today and the good news is that it has healed a lot in the past two days. And for the first time since the surgery, the pain has lessened. I am so grateful for that!

Thank you again for all of your continued prayers. They are making a big difference and are a tremendous source of comfort.

Please continue to pray for me. I could especially use prayers for my eye health and two additional intentions. I am trying so hard but some days are definitely harder than others.

Dear CAF,

Please continue to pray for me. Things seem to be getting worse and worse. I am trying to discern what God is trying to tell me and how to move forward but just getting out of bed seems like a struggle. I am feeling over overrwhelmed with medical expenses and am having a hard time at work due all of the eye problems. I have so much to be grateful for but feel so worn out and am really struggling.
