- Does it encourage righteous living?
- Does it support the Bible?
- Does it confirm the resurrection of Jesus Christ?

If your religion is the truth, why do you find people,( preferably young and tender), take them off the street to your turf and proceed to “work” on them until they relent? This “burning bosom”
stuff could very well be some sort of auto suggestion, or worse.

I think Joseph Smith claimed to be a Messenger/Prophet of Jesus only like Paul; not a MessengerProphet of GodAllahYHWH like Moses or Abraham.
Joseph Smith and Paul had the same ending, in my opinion.

Mormons do not find people young and tender. End of story. This boy was in the 6th grade. I have no idea who gave him the book of mormon. It could of been a friend. Or he might not have happened at all. We only have a poster’s word for it.
And so, to make accusations like what you just made would be a stretch to be sure. Most people who join the lds church are not young and tender. I have never known a 6th grader join the LDS church without their parents being baptized also.
As for me, it was no burning bosson thing at all. It was a powerful witness, a strong witness that came after I prayed about the book of mormon. Now when one does attend Mormon service, one can feel the presence of the holy spirit and this is perhaps a ‘burning of the bossom’. But actually, it is more of a feeling of peace and wellbeing. For after all, the holy spirit is the great comforter right?
