Traditionalist chat-up lines:

“You have beautiful scapular-coloured eyes”
“That’s a lovely shapeless floor-length dress you’re wearing”
“You abhor the Culture of Death? Wow, me too!”

Ha ha!

“Can I take you out to dinner, if you’re not fasting?”

When I visited a Novus Ordo parish one time:
Priest: “The Lord be with you.”
Me: “Et cum spiritu tuo.”

I haven’t read the one at mattkubes’ link but here is a great explanation of the Traditional perspective from the Remnant:

remnantnewspaper.com/Archives/2010-0615-ferrara-rosary.htm

Just to clarify, nobody (that I know of) thinks the luminous mysteries themselves are evil or anything… but because the rosary is a private devotion, the degree to which Catholics sort of presumed that the 4th set was “supposed to be there” after Bl. JP2 came up with it is a bit unfortunate. There are many practical reasons why adding them is a bad idea in the opinion of many Catholics, all of whom are free to pray the rosary any way they wish. Please do read this article when you have a chance, it does in depth into the issue of the rosary’s “triune” character and the interesting history of Pope Paul VI setting an arguably wise precedent to not change the rosary, etc etc…
Oh, That is good to see. Reading some of these posts I thought that JPll was considered some kind of modernist heretic or something. Gotta consider his motto of Totus Tuus. Maybe Mary was the author of the Luminous Mysteries.

Ha, ha, that’s what JRR Tolkein used to do, when the new mass was introduced!

My dad always said ‘have you polished your shoes’ on Saturday ready for Mass.
In Ireland they usually ask ‘which Mass were you at’
Lord he must be very ill if you didn’t go Mass
Did you see them men at the back of the church always running out after the ‘Lamb of God’ to get a drink 😉
Only in Ireland …that’s a great priest he has the entire Mass said in 20 minutes
You will see the devil himself in that mirror if you don’t stop staring at yourself lol

When you go out on Friday evening to a rather “meat friendly place”

“Does Mass count as suitable alternative form of penance from abstaining from meat?”
