Nice to “see” you back around Moe! I was just thinking of you recently…

Your Amanda is a really amazing young lady. I’m so glad to see that she is finding a way to live her life to the fullest. I’m quite certain that her sister has been at the throne of God interceding for her to be able to do that.

You and your family will continue to be in my daily prayers. 😉

**So very proud of her Norda … so very proud. She has been able to master straight A;s all through HS … it is almost as if KK has come into her mind and body – KK was an amazing student … Amanda has taken this to heart and has thrown herself into school. She will be a Sr in the fall. We just came back from a Western Vacation looking at schools for her to enroll in a Equine Vet program. Oklahoma State University, Colorado State University and University of Wyoming … so far … OS U is in the lead - but we have a few more to visit.

Hugs … tell me what you have been up too …

One breath at a time my friend, one breath at a time!

How wonderful I wish Amanda the very best, it would seem that KK is smiling down at her from Heaven.

What have I been up to? well working hard, today I am going to pick up my eldest Grandaughter ( she lives in Queens) who is home from school for the summer and spend some quality time with her. I have 4 other grandchildren and I usually spend time with them alltogether so this will be a nice day, she just turned 20 and is also an awesome person. I am so glad that you at times have some peace, time does ease the pain some, I know it just never goes away but it is nice when it eases up some. Hope you can enjoy the summer, it is so darn hot I am melting.
Take care Moe you all are and always have been in my prayers

This has just been the saddest thread I have ever read and I had such a lump in my throat as I was reading the Personal Narrative from Amanda (which is so very beautiful Amanda). I have never read a description of grieving like this before and I have to say as I got towards the end there was a feeling of hope and renewal.

My heart just breaks for you though Moe and your family. Please know that I will remember you and your family in my prayers.

Amanda: From one horse lover to another-----Good luck in vet school and if the going gets rough----just grab mane and hang on! 👍

**It has been forever since I post. Amanda is off to college - her sophomore year and is doing amazingly. She is in the pre-vet program at Oklahoma State Universtiy and loving it. She has a wonderful boyfriend - who she thinks is the one (hopefully not until she finishes her gradate degree. Greg and I are doing well as empty nester’s - more than well - and we, after almost 6 years, are grieving together. That was so hard - grieving separately - yet so many things run through your mind and your heart that it is difficult to see or even feel what you think you should be seeing or feeling.

Praying that you are all well … you saved me so many years ago - I am not sure I would be doing as well as I am without the many prayers. I still ache for my KK … I miss her every minute of the day - and still can’t believe she is gone. this was a tough year - she would have graduated from HS and headed off to college - she wanted to be a brain surgeon.

Still mad at GOd – Greg bearly goes to church - but I understand - I truly do. I stopped going for a bit … but I need the Eucharist … still made as a bee at God.

THANK YOU … my CA family for praying for us.

Blessings …**

Wow, seems like it’s been more than half a decade now and it’s amazing how fresh your beloved daughter is in your mind.

I ask the Blessed Virgin Mary, who saw her son suffer a lot until his death, to intercede for you and continue to console you and your family.

:signofcross:

I don’t even know what to offer…I found your thread just now and I am so sorry for what happened to your daughter. Those words seem so hollow…I know many here have prayed with you all this time, but please know that you will be in my prayers also.

I am certainly praying. I cannot imagine the grief she is going through. 😦

Have been thinking of you and still pray for you and yours.
God bless you all. (I just read Amanda’s post, that was awesome .)
I guess I missed it before, it was wonderful, you and your husband raised wonderful girls!
I have been without the internet for several years, but for now:thumbsup:

Please know you are in my prayers. My heart aches for you. But God will not bring you to it without carrying you through it. Trust in Him, and ask Him for hugs every day.
