The last week has probably been the hardest week I’ve ever experienced and I’m starting to not see a way out of this. I’ve also been having recurrent thoughts of suicide and they’ve been more frequent the last few days and I don’t know how to make it stop. Please pray for me and all others going through this.

Thank you for your prayers. I’ve been praying them with all of you as I see them and they have been helping calm me down at least in the moment over the last day or so. I think I’ve finally decided enough is enough and I’m going to try to get in to see a counselor at school whenever they can fit me in. I know the wait will be long but I’ve already held on this long so I just hope it goes by fast.
