Yeah, just think of all the people that could have been helped by the millions of dollars Romney collected today! 😃

I wouldn’t bet too hard on Romney repealing what is basically his own plan. Sure, he’s running hard to the right now, just like Obama ran hard left until he actually got in office. They ALL move to the center once they’re in office because they want to stay there. The vast majority of the country is moderate-not hard right or left.

And to head off the “socialist, leftist, liberal, commie” accusations against him-GM is still GM, not the Federal Government Auto Maker, Bank of America and all the other banks are still private-we do not have one Federal Bank of America-and I’m still poor-so nobody has redistributed any wealth my way. I’m not even getting into the drones, the fact that not one single banker was convicted or even tried over the Wall Street Debacle and the escalation of the war in Afghanistan. He’s no liberal.

If Obama was truly everything the right wants him to be, he wouldn’t be in so much trouble with the REAL left that he had to “evolve” on gay marriage.

My taxes won’t go up. I have insurance. And if I lost it, the tax I would have to pay would only be a fraction of what I pay now for premiums.

This law contains provisions forcing the taxpayers to fund abortions/sterilizations.
That and (yes, I am a broken record) the Mexico City policy are reasons alone to vote for Romney.

Do I think he’s perfect? Absolutely not, but he is lightyears better than Obama on the life issues.

Essentially yes since I will be taxed greatly. Don’t worry the burden will be shared. You will have greater access, don’t worry. Stop listening to the Sarah Palins who are playing politics.

Romney can’t repeal a law which Congress enacted.

Besides, just as when he was governor of Massachusetts, he knows that something had to be done, and he’ll either keep it the same, or modify it to make it better.

A true victory for the American people! Though I do find Robert’s reasoning behind his rejection of the Commerce Clause argument to be bizarre. Expect challenges against car insurance mandates based on his logic.

HOW will the burden be shared? You obviously didn’t read my post. We don’t qualify for the free insurance. We have to pay for our own insurance out of pocket. Are you going to send me a check every month to help me pay for it?

Don’t avoid the question. HOW am I going to be better off?

Romney Care was done at a state level and didn’t have to deal with US Constitutional issues.

However Romeny does at least have experience with this sort of thing.
