You are the one using those words and focusing on political parties. I am simply trying to establish the way things work in determination of medical costs, and we seem to be having disagreements on basic stuff that is easily verified. It occurred to me that you might be arguing from the viewpoint of an out-of-pocket payer.

I do not think you are dumb (for several personal reasons, I strongly dislike that terminology under any circumstances). I simply think you need to appreciate that people can be well-meaning and even honest, despite disagreeing with your viewpoint.
