Surveillance Video Shows Vandal Spray-Painting Statues at Catholic Church in California

A video shows a man spray-painting religious slogans on statues of Mary and the saints at St. Christopher Catholic Church, near Los Angeles. One of the slogans was “Inferior God, worthless.” The police are investigating it as a hate crime. The parish priest is shown saying they are praying for the person who did it, for a conversion of heart.

One of the slogans was “bow down to Jehovah.” Makes me think a Jehovah’s Witness might be the culprit. The ones I have run across on the web seem to hold Catholics in low regard. Sad to see believing people hate each other. It’s the work of the devil, no doubt.
