The best answer is:

Take your rosary everywhere!

🙂

Yes, I do take mine to church. The congregation prays it together out loud prior to Mass. If yours doesn’t (I’m guess not from your question) praying by yourself or with your family is certainly appropriate.

I’ve seen a few comments in various CAF threads where people seem to take some sort of offense at the suggestion of praying the rosary and respond that “it’s a voluntary devotion and not a requirement of the Church”

My response is that Our Lady, the Mother of God herself, has asked us to pray it every day. Who are we to tell her no?

For most of my life I prayed it infrequently at best, almost never really. Since starting to pray it daily with my family, amazing things have happened in all of our lives.

The world is a scary place. Genocide, abortion, contraception, and on and on and on. What can we do? How can we fight such evil?

PRAY THE ROSARY.

It was given to us as a weapon in the spiritual war we are all engaged in. It is a powerful one. A very powerful one.

God bless.

Pax.

Hi I was just wondering if I can take my rosary to church ?

Yes, you can take your rosary to church, but say it prior to the Liturgy. It is discouraged to recite the rosary during the Liturgy, besides, you should not have two things overlapping… If you say the rosary during mass, you will not be aware of the readings, etc.
You can also go to church during the wek and recite the rosary.

JESUS I TRUST IN YOU

Absolutely, but either arrive about ten minutes early or stay about ten minutes afterward and pray the Rosary then. And get a case or pouch for it, otherwise, it will get tangled and perhaps break in your pocket.

I keep one in my purse, it’s always with me.

At my parish – and I’m sure many others – many arrive about 20 minutes before Mass on the weekends and we pray the rosary together. There’s a kind of informal arrangement as to who leads this at each Mass.

My Rosary is always in my pocket. I see many people praying theirs prior to Mass. By all means, take your Rosary to Church.

Yes by all means take it. You should never leave home without it. 😃 If I can’t get to the Church to say the Rosary before Mass, I will stay and say it after Mass.
