Talks by Fr. Larry Richards or Fr. Corapi

I just listened to Fr Corapi on EWTN. His subject was The Catholic Church: The Body of Christ, or the Whore of Babylon? Has anyone else heard it?

He told me that the reason that the world and the Church is in such a mess is that I am not as holy as I should be. Tough but true.
 
I saw it too, Eileen. Very good talk. I swear every time I hear a talk by him I learn something new.

I am planning on going to hear him when he comes to North Royalton in Ohio. He’s coming in March. Yea!
 
Oh joyous day!

I emailed Fr. Larry Richards last week to thank him for his “Yes” to the call and for his talks. I also asked him a few questions. He replied to me on Thanksgiving day and noticed that I was from St. Louis and told me that he was going to be here that weekend - the power of God. That is such a strange coincidence. He is doing a mission Sunday through Wednesday at my old parish.

I was so excited. We went to the mission on Sunday and are planning on going tonight (Tuesday) and Wednesday. He is even more passionate in person. We went to his mass on Sunday and it was the most meaningful mass I have ever been to. He put so much into the mass. I was able to talk to him after the mass and he was very nice. We need more priests with his passion and love for Christ. The doors would be knocked down at all Catholic churches.

I look forward to hearing him again in the next few days. If he is coming anywhere near you, please, please do yourself a favor and try to make a way to see him. His passion will change you and how you view your faith. Has anyone else seen him and experienced that?
 
That’s cool that you got to see Fr. Richards, Mirror! I’m gong to see Fr. Corapi in May in PA :bounce: Can’t wait. Hopefully Fr. Richards will come around this way sometime too.
