The owner of a family-owned ice cream shop and restaurant in Sacramento who has been targeted by angry phone calls and e-mails and obscene Valentine’s Day cards because of his support for the Proposition 8 campaign says Catholics should “stand up” for marriage despite the consequences and the “lies” of extremist activists.
Keep them in your prayers and if you are nearby, please patronize them.
 
The fact that those who demand tolerance and understanding show none to those who disagree with the, is a testament to the falsity of their views. Certainly it is not from an informed conscience.
 
They have wonderful icecream… It’s too bad about the No on Prop 8 people. The arguements were held today on the whether Prop 8 is valid or not.
