Ted Cruz still talking

I watched O’Reilly for the first time in years last night. Never knew he was such a big liberal supporter of a overbearing intrusive government - but now I know.

Are you referring to Bill O’Reilly? Okay, Green Eggs and Ham officially makes more sense to me now…If O’Reilly is a liberal, up is down, down is up and the moon is made of blue cheese 😃

Talk is cheap. He’s just babbling on and the media is taking the most ridiculous snippets (green eggs and ham) and running with them making him look like a dumb arse. maybe it would be more effective to have done the opposite, maybe gone on a silent strike, placing duct tape across his mouth and refusing to eat/speak/go home…

Heck he could have tied himself to the podium or something…

He is getting a lot of support for his cause, but how long it will last if he keeps talking nonsense?

Well he is doing a pretty good job at talking nonsense. His Star Wars analogy was well put together and kind of humorous.
 
Never heard it. Turn on the news:

I’m sure it was a great analogy. Too bad hardly anyone will hear it. Haven’t these politicians figured out what the media aims to do to them? Why do they make it so easy?
 
I don’t get this move. I’m not sure what Ted Cruz is hoping to accomplish with this. It just doesn’t make any sense to me.

He really believes he’s on a freedom mission. I think its way past anything conducive to being helpful, much is just speaking about anything he can remotely relate, like Star-Wars. 🙂

Agreed. This wouldn’t be an issue if the Democrat controlled Senate would pass a budget. The only budget they even considered was Obama’s - it was rejected with only one vote for it.

I remember a few years ago an older gentleman, a Democrat, rambling on about his dog “Billy” (I think that was his name). God Bless, Memaw.

You should get out more. O’Reilly is a moderate on most things, and liberal on some others. You have a skewed view of the political spectrum if you think he is close to conservative.

21 hrs worth. He covered, world history, American history and politics, and American entertainment. Did he hit sports? I think he missed sports and music. 🙂
