The article says nothing about “food”.

It says Republicans poison “air and water” – standard environmentalist hyperbole.

Bush poisoned water and food.
In the ‘changing environmental law’ sense. Neither side comes out well on the environment issue.

I love the adverts on that site by the way, even if they are a bit odd. How not to injure yourself weightlifting, and how to attract women. Oh, and self-defence, and where to get newly discovered gold coins ‘featuring Jesus Christ’ 😉 Are these standard things people who read right-wing news-sites need to know? 🙂

And the slander and hate crimes continue from the left. Time to eliminate them from the political arena by voting them out of office.

Its not difficult to produce greenhouse gasses. The CO2 expelled from our lungs is a greenhouse gas. I just bring this up because the key difference is keeping the ecosphere in balance as opposed to “out of balance.”

In general, agriculture and animal herding doesn’t hurt much.

Hate crimes? That’s a very strong statement. What does that have to do with pollution?

Mike

And Ted Kennedy is a murderer, so isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black?

What adverts are given on a need-to-know basis? I thought it had to do with money. Do I need to know that some feminine products have wings? Do I need to know that Bob is really happy since he started taking xx drug? I don’t think so, but I’m barraged with it every day on the TV.

No doubt, the folks at Newsmax will take whatever they can get. I don’t believe they have the viewer numbers of the NY Times or BBC websites.

God Bless,

Robert

Not specifically - but advertising is generally targetted to a specific audience. But…

I was being tongue-in-cheek, in case you hadn’t guessed from the smilies. I wasn’t trying to make any serious point 🙂

I did realize that…please don’t take my lack of smilies as anything more than smiley laziness…

Cheers,

Consider the source.
If Ted Kennedy told me the sky was blue I would look up twice, ask a meteorologist, and request a notarized statement of proof before I believed him.

I agree. Also with his hot air the greenhouse gasses have doubled. :whacky: Just the fact the there is life on this planet makes the ozone situation grow and wane with the years. If all living things were to vanish then the situation might get better for a short time. Without living things no O2, H2O and other clensers would be made. Our job is not to eliminate but to moderate and be good steward of what GOD has provided us.

Not to mention the Taco Bell I had last night seems to be percolating.

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to anything Teddy has to say, actually…you can dismiss most of his comments, which are primarily made because of his brain damage.

It’s not his fault, really. He was under water too long.
