Hi, I am 14 and feel as if I have a calling to be a priest. Hope all goes well for you.
It’s good to know that you are discerning to become a priest. Just always pray. Our world needs to have good and holy priests. Try to receive the Eucharist frequently, if you can, you can attend a Mass every day. And also try to have frequent confession.Hi, I am 14 and feel as if I have a calling to be a priest. I think no one is really sure if they are called to religious life, it’s really a long way of discovery. Pray. Listen.Hi everyoneee! I’m 16, and have felt for a couple of years that i may have a calling to the religious life. I’m not 100% certain (i’m not sure anyone ever is though) but i’m trying to keep my mind, heart and soul open to what God wants…even though it often seems so hard

. But I’m slowly learning. Whatever is God’s will shall come to pass. An adult friend of mine once told me (he even wrote it in my Bible so I wouldn’t ever forget
I know, it is very hard. I am 18 years old, and have, throughout the past, oh, 9 years, have felt random pulls that have come and gone about religious life. However…I’m also a hopeless romantic soul, who longs for the closeness of another heart that feels the same about me.
It’s very hard to trust. Well, for me, it is. So I am trying to learn to put it all into God’s hands. Yeah, it’s still a rocky road for me
Hi!Hi, everyone, I’m 19 and I’ve wanted to be a nun since I was 15. It’s been a hard road for me, though. I had to struggle through scruples and then feelings of abandoment. Now I have a lot of picking up the pieces to do with my vocation. I think I want to be a nun, but it’s hard to desire it right now.
I’ll say a prayer for everyone here. God bless you in your search for Him.
JMJ+Congratulations!!!

Yea!! That’s amazing that you are so involved!! Have fun with it and remember that your vocation will come to fruition in God’s own perfect time. I will be praying for you!Hello everyone. I already introduced myself before on this forum. After I felt a “calling” to the priesthood, I decided maybe I should get more active in my church. Recently, I just started altar serving and it’s AWESOME! I didn’t make a mistake and I had the hardest part! I thank GOD for helping me not make a mistake, because surely he was with me. Our church recently started the ministry of “greeter” and I thought that would be fun to do. My mom called our church’s spiritual director who is putting this together, and she left a voicemail. I am hoping I can become a greeter! Also, our church recently held a Fish Fry this past Friday and I got to go around and pour drinks for everyone who sat down and dined with us that evening. It was so nice and fun to meet people I wasn’t really familiar with before. It was so funny too, when I was pouring drinks for one of our religious brothers and he said “Now, remember when you are ordained into holy orders, remember: I am Zach, the one among you who serves”, wittingly quoting Luke 22:27. It’s so fun and I feel happy helping out and serving my parish. I was NEVER this involved. After I get confirmed, I am going into the Ministry of Reader. Wish me luck! Just would like to share that with you.
