@(name removed by moderator) does not really live in Louisiana. She lives in France and her Aunt from Louisiana brings Cajun dishes to her once a year, so she freezes them and eats them slowly over the year to hold her over to her Aunt’s next visit. She’s also never been to a Mardi Gras parade.
