It’s interesting to know that f-net isn’t the only place where a Christian is attacked merely for expressing Christianity.
 
What’s f-net? I tend to relate to characters who suffer from guilt. I like the light-hearted humor. Animation on prime-time here just has no soul, except “King of the Hill”, when it was on then. Well, the Simpsons did too, but it’s one of those multitude of shows, animated or not, that has the mother/wife being the mature parent of the house and the father/husband occasionally showing some character.

Hmmm, I apologize in advance in if some people are offended by the recent posts, maybe they look like certain disgusting beings with conic hats, but you have to understand that the Nazarenos are more ancient and date back to the Middle Ages, so they are a different thing

Nazarenos. That’s a funny word to me, because this co-worker, who wasn’t Italian or Spanish (wherever reno/rino comes from) used to call me Philarino.
 
A new season has begun. I expected something big from Angel Beats, but, it was a huge disappointment:
1-cheap animation.
2-many plot holes: why must they make a huge concert just to steal meal tickets? Where do they get rocket launchers and Uzis? Why did the good guys confront “angel” during the concert at all? Why is the after-life a japanese high school?
3-new age mumbo jumbo: reincarnation, angels, and they want to defeat"god"? Wasn’t all of this already passé by the time xenogears came out?
Angel Beats might get better, but, my expectations are lower now.

What are you guys looking forward to in the spring season?

Actually, my first reaction was that Crusaders looked like KKK but seeing the Narines (sp), I can see why you like them.
 
How about that? KKK Protestants borrowing from the faith they resent and yet they show the sincerest form of flattery. I’m not making fun of you. They do resemble the KKK, but they likely came first.
I want to see Bleach get back to the big battle or have a backstory on Ichigo's father. On animeseason.com, the viewer level have been much lower than before the sword fiend saga began. The episodes are funny, but we'd like some feel of progression to something. Transformers, G.I. Joe was OK because most episodes were not part of a bigger story and, when there were sagas, we didn't have those plots interrupted by alternative plots.

If you pay attention, they are modeled after Real Life Crusader orders too, one of them is still in service, guess which

And the first guy has the emblem of the Order of The Sword of Courland in his Capirote (the conic hats are called that manner), what attention to detail, is one of the most interesting things about that manga, he didn’t put some attention to a correct portrayal of Catholicism, but nailed some good items

I was very happy seeing them animated

I really like Nazarenos and their work in the Church

And yes, they came first, they date back to the Middle Ages, maybe earlier times, I think

Well there is a lot of Transformers Series, the original, some anime continuations, the 3D ones, more anime, the one that Salior Kenshin mentioned and a new one who will air in a channel called the Hub
