**ChristianKnight doesn’t even realize that his eternal soul is endangered. he proudly tells everyone that he belongs to a counterfeit church and is a hetetic because I once attempted to tell him the truth. He snapped back in anger and arrogant when I reminded him that as a “christian” he had to obey the comandments. Then he falsely accused me of trying to get him thrown off the site. He doesn’t realize that his only hope for salvation may be from what he can learn here on this site! We speak the truth! We defend our faith, our clergy and the Blessed Mother from all attacks.
By the way, one small correction in one thing you said. There are over 33,000 denominations that call themselves “christians” and they have 28,000 sub denominations and cults having 1,375 doctrines and dogmas They all partially “agree” with the CC and all partially “disagree” with the CC. So I always ask who the heck is right? The church that has taught only the truth for 2,000 years refusing to compromise the truth and remained faithful to Jesus teachings, orone of the 61,000 false denominations which have been around only 500 years, or much less? .

I told christianknight, you can copy money but if it doesn’t have the backing of the authorized issurer it is counterfeit. It can’t be spent to buy anything! It is just an imitation of the real thing!

You can copy Christianity, but if it doesn’t have the backing of the Holy Catholic Church it is counterfeit. It can’t be used to obtain salvation! He is too young to realize that people lie. He thinks he knows it all! Sigh, to be so young and foolish again!

As we know, only the Orthodox and Catholic Churches offers true salvation because only they have real communion. The Eucharist!
In it, Jesus is present both Physically and Spiritually! He is “Completely” present.Our lord and God is Here for us to worship and eat. Jesus commanded us **to “Eat My Flesh and Drink My Blood” multiple times in the book of John, chapter 6, after one of the miracles where He multiplied Loaves and Fishes to show us that it is by a miracle that He gives us His real body and blood, over and over again! Towards the end of the chapter many of Jesus’ own disciples (not the 12) left Him on this one issue.

So can anyone truly think they are a Christian who does not partake in Holy Eucharist - the reception of His True Body and True Blood?

Some protestants foolishly think we are against them. They don’t realize that it is our love for them that requires us to tell them the truth! How foolish it would be to let someone be damned to hell for following a false leader or religious beliefs!
Only true believers understand the full truth as revealed by Jesus because the others are blinded by the devil who keeps his followers blinded to the truth!

A good example of a church ins schism would be the orthodox as they claim the fullness of catholic faith but do not recognize the Pope as head of the Church as well asn a few other things.

I am not sure what a confederate religion is. I will say that I have a number of people in my family for many different Christian denominations. As a matter of fact my brother one Aunt and myself are about all that still practice the Catholic faith. The rest range from Lutheran to non denomination. I would and nerve do Question there love of God and our Lord Jesus.

That said what I do question is the the group that they belong to as they all hold to somethings taught in Catholic Church but not all. yet when questioned and discussing things they can not say that what the RCC teaches is wrong.

Some time in these forums we tend to be very short with our answers and quick to say that others are wrong without making the clear why they are wrong and showing what the correct answer is.

We also forget that to some question the answer is we just don’t know.

I pray that when you and other here and out in the real world discuss things that they are done in the spirit pf love and with the focus on what is God true path for us.

I am sorry to butt in, but CWBetts is absolutely correct about Christian Knight regarding the latest sub topic here on his claims of being a “heretic”.
He is not a formal heretic. Material, maybe. Even then, he only uses the term to feel like he is being persecuted. Its not good to encourage that. All cults tell their members they are persecuted, and they try to use the verses in the bible to make them feel great whenever they enter into a discussion, and can not hold it- they cry persecution and ignore the real discussion.

Heresy is an emotionally loaded term that is often misused. It is not the same thing as incredulity, schism, apostasy, or other sins against faith.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church states, “Incredulity is the neglect of revealed truth or the willful refusal to assent to it.**Heresy is the obstinate post-baptismal denial of some truth which must be believed with divine and Catholic faith, or it is likewise an obstinate doubt concerning the same;
Apostasy is the total repudiation of the Christian faith;
Schism is the refusal of submission to the Roman Pontiff or of communion with the members of the Church subject to him” (CCC 2089).

To commit heresy, one must refuse to be corrected. A person who is ready to be corrected or who is unaware that what he has been saying is against Catholic Church teaching is not a heretic.

I agree that the refusal to be corrected is indeed a problem of rebellion, but it the other terms cannot be properly applied to the children of the Reformers, because, by and large, they don’t know any better. I further think that your use of these terms to insult them and find fault is counterproductive. It is shameful to see another CAF member using your comments as insults, and bragging over accusations you have made.

I don’t agree with this since Martin Luther was a Catholic monk and fell away from the true church. I don’t think it’s fair to say he didn’t know any better.

I honestly that the major source for the anti-Catholic feelings in this town are due to the ignorance and close-mindedness. Just a few weeks ago a brick was thrown through our Church’s window (the one Catholic Church for miles) and a statue of St. Francis and a Mary were smashed on our priest’s doorstep a block away. I have been called an “idol worshipper”, “Mary worshipper”, “cracker worshipper”, “heretic”, “Pope Worshipper”, and the list goes on and on. I consistently am told I am not a Christian at all. But when I actually talk to people I know better and explain to them what the Church really teaches it’s amazing how much they say “oh” about. Being in a rather disliked minority has strengthened my faith but makes it harder; I have never really been discriminated against in any other way than my religion. I think the statement; “The Catholic Church is wrong” is too often used by people who know nothing about it.

You should have demanded her church’s faith statement at that point. And, proof of their envolvement in schools, churches, hospitals women’s centers (to help those keep their baby if they think they can’t afford it, or to help them find parents for their baby they don’t abort) Oh, and the Anglicans, and the Lutherans too!
No way could either group say such a thing. She must have been a baptist or something else.

What you should instead be asking yourself is: Isn’t it absolutely disgusting that the news media chooses not to make a lot of noise over the people listed on that site.
