Of course not. Whoever wrote that post doesn’t know what they are talking about. The whole point of NFP is managing your family, both through achieving and avoiding pregnancy.

Now avoiding pregnancy forever when you know you are capable of having and raising a child could be considered sinful, because you are going against God’s plan for marriage. But that has nothing to do with NFP.
