And where I’m suppose to go. Pretty modern day Novus Ordo. No altar boys or chant. Tabernacle is on the right side in the corner somewhere. They do have some statues from the old church though. I can’t make out where the hight altar is located. He He!😃
from a third world country, they are dying to have a church like this if they could – having a priest for their parish to have mass and two other deacons perhaps.

From what I understand – many of those beautiful churches were built by the poor-- by the sweat of their own brow. Carpenters, painters, sculptors contributed their skill to built churches that emphasize the greatest act known to mankind-- The Holy Sacrifice.

Yes, indeed. I was trying to say in some poor countries, people couldn’t afford to build a church.

MagnumV8, I live in Cleveland and have been to St. Stephen for the OF Mass. I was not aware that they started offering the EF Mass. When is the EF Mass offered? I would like to go.

Yeah, not really my cup of tea, but, hey, at least they appear to have kneelers…long story.

That’s the camera’s fault…or my fault, however you look at it. I’m certainly not a professional photographer.
ahh, I look at the other photos and the color wasn’t yellow as I thought. Is Virgin Mary on top of the tabneracle area?

I think there is yellow in some of the panels of the ceiling, but the “yellow” pics I took throw it way off.

Above the tabernacle, which I guess you call the “altar canopy,” is the BIG curcifix, with Our Blessed Mother and St. John at the foot of the cross. Next time I’m there, I’m going to get more pictures of the Sanctuary and Altar.

It will be awesome if you can get those details around the altar area. Thanks!

Water,

This isn’t from the same Church that Magnum V8 serves at. It is a picture of the interior of Holy Cross, the 1st Catholic Church built in Columbus, Ohio. But, it has a similar scene above the altar.

Great stuff! Maybe I might meet you too, if you are at the Friday evening Mass.
I’ll be coming up on Wednesday afternoon and heading back down to Wales the same evening; but you never know I may bump in to you on that day:D
