Once on the same side of fence there is no need to throw oranges back and forth.
Are you calling for comprimise or what? Who do you think should comprimise? The one that uses reason or the one who believes the mother of Jesus came back to life from the grave to leave her footprint in a rock … and what for? Please tell me.Once on the same side of fence there is no need to throw oranges back and forth.
**Speak for yourself AdrianP. We don’t want what is against natural laws. There can’t be eternal life for those who have been born. Eternal life exists only in God. **This kind of discussion may make us forget that all people are on the same side of fence, all of us want eternal life back and back on Garden of Eden. We need to speak with God to ask God , what should we do so that Creation will come back to a state without sin?
**You know how to read English and I am sure you have a Bible. So, you don’t need anything from parochial schools. Peter was a Nazarene Jew and not a Christian. Therefore, he never instituted the Church. You are being misled if you believe it so. The Church was instituted by Paul in Antioch about 30 years after Jesus had been gone. (Acts 11:26)Ben Masada,
I can’t see what you are saying because I have never followed such thought, was never taught that in parochial school. St. Peter instituted the Church. He was an administrator and teacher. St. Paul was an evangelist who went out to the Gentile world.
.
This is what Ben said:**Speak for yourself AdrianP. We don’t want what is against natural laws. There can’t be eternal life for those who have been born. Eternal life exists only in God. **
That is what He gave the Jewish their Laws for. That is how one learns from the “mouth” of God and ultimately works toward a better life. He gave you life … the rest is up to you.I believe that by speaking with God we can receive a better fate .
I for one am curious. What do you mean here? what else should we trust? our feelings? giggles I can admit to being in big trouble if I were to rely on my feelings; and not only me but perhaps those around me. But what are “sick angels?” I have not heard that before; from anyone until you.If we trust ONLY logic, the SICK angels can outsmart everybody.
And by being born a Jew you don’t get a spark of God’s life? Would someone not have to be in God to be rightfully called a son of God, which you say Israel (any son of Israel, that is) is? If you’re not of God’s family, why should you learn His ways and customs so as to adopt them as… your own?**Speak for yourself AdrianP. We don’t want what is against natural laws. I think he meant that, as much as only feelings is not enough, only reason is not enough either…I for one am curious. What is the Truth?Ben Masada,
Following the foot prints of others, I must now end. You are not following the truth. Perhaps you are another Saul that some day…
Adrian, God does not have flesh or blood. God is Incorporeal. Pure Spirit. Do you understand what I mean? No wonder Jesus said that Gentiles do not understand what they worship, while we Jews worship what we understand. (John 4:23,24)This is what Ben said:
Eternal life exists only in God.
This is what GOD said:
" 54Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
55For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
56He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
** 57As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.** "
So God told us a way to live by him eternal life.b
Ben Masada, what about the human soul? Isn’t the human soul also spirit even though linked to the human material body? Or does Judaism not believe that God created man as a unique being who is a part of both the spiritual reality and the material reality?Adrian, God does not have flesh or blood. God is Incorporeal. Pure Spirit. Do you understand what I mean? No wonder Jesus said that Gentiles do not understand what they worship, while we Jews worship what we understand. (John 4:23,24)
Pontius Pilate asked that very question, too…What is the Truth?
I thought it was “whom”, not “what”… also…are you sure you really do “know” the God you worship?Adrian, God does not have flesh or blood. God is Incorporeal. Pure Spirit. Do you understand what I mean? No wonder Jesus said that Gentiles do not understand what they worship, while we Jews worship what we understand. (John 4:23,24)
