The death of a non-child

Here on the Western Slope of Colorado there has been an interesting story of a baby whose mother was eight and a half months pregnant. The baby was hurt in an accident. “Lileigh Lehnen, was born alive at St. Mary’s Hospital but died hours later of asphyxia.”

The court has deemed Lilieigh a non-person because she was hurt while still in the womb.

Very sad…that’s why more states need to pass laws that define protection of the unborn. Fortunately our state has just that law, but we have a governor who is consistently pro-death.
